Grant access to your Google Analytics statistics without sharing your login

Grant Google Analytics Read Only AccessThere are instances where you would like to share your Google Analytics statistics with members of your online marketing team but would rather not share your login information for obvious reasons.

Google Analytics provides the ability to grant a user Read Only or Administrator access to your account.

Make sure you meet the following criteria before watching this video on how to Grant read only access to your Google Analytics statistics without giving out your user login information.

  • The person you will grant access to has a Google Analytics account
  • You have the email address that person’s uses to login to their Google Analytics account
  • You have a registered Google Analytics account
  • The required snippet of java script code has been placed in the appropriate location on every page of your Web site. Google walks you through this process once you register your account
