Project History: Metro Realty is a licensed Austin real estate brokerage that specializes in the University of Texas & surrounding Austin Metro areas. Metro Realty is a real estate brokerage service in Texas. In order to compete with the increasing competition in the campus area, Aviso was introduced to perform a Web site review.

Implementation: The engagement began with a series of SEO Coaching sessions. Aviso managed the Conversion Key Page Review process and performed several interviews with internal stakeholders to determine the motivations and triggers for their target audience. The results of the Web site review and Conversion recommendations were delivered to support their upcoming Web site redesign project.

Project History: LitheSpeed is a Virgina based company that offers premium Agile software development training, coaching & consulting services. Aviso was brought in to provide a Web site analysis to determine their visibility with Search engines.

Implementation: Aviso provided a Web site analysis and Conversion specific recommendations, including a series of interviews with Lithespeed stakeholders and customers. A list of final recommendations to improve Conversion were delivered.

Project History: Horizon Video is a film and video production company in Austin, Texas. They were an SEO savvy company that needed some additional support in the area of Search.

Implementation: Aviso worked collaboratively with the owner of Horizon and his team to support them in ongoing Search optimization and development services.

Project History: Fangman Design is a graphic design consultancy specializing in identity development for companies and institutions. The owner was in the process of a undergoing a redesign and introduced Aviso into the process.

Implementation: Through a series of SEO Coaching services, Aviso worked with Fangman Design to walk through both Conversion and SEO best practices. Aviso guided the process of developing wireframes based on Fangman's goals of targeting their ideal customer base.

Factech

Project History: Facilities Technology Group is a company entirely focused on making hospitals safe. They offer a suite of tools and technologies that serve facilities managers in the healthcare industry. They are currently repositioning those products and have gone through a Web site redesign.

Implementation: After having gone through a full Conversion analysis with Conversion Sciences, Aviso was brought in to manage the implementation of recommendations. Initial Search optimization was performed. Aviso provided both the mobile and non-mobile design and managed the development process.

Project History: Atchley & Associates, LLP is a full-service, public accounting firm offering attestation, tax, business consulting, accounting services, political campaign reporting and litigation support services. Aviso was introduced to the project to perform a Web site review.

Implementation: Lockart Atchley was not looking to invest in a full redesign of the Web site. Aviso delivered recommendations to improve Search for the current Web site by working within the technical framework of how the current Web site was built.

Project History: EBWebistes provides Web Project Management services to companies. The owner, Ellie Brady, approached Aviso to provide consulting services in development of the site related to SEO as well as keyword research.

Implementation: Aviso provided consulting services throughout development of the project.

The Strategic Designer

Project History: Dave Holston, principal at The Strategic Designer, provides design consulting services in the areas of public affairs, marketing, advertising, communication planning and design management. Aviso was introduced into the Web site design project to provide keyword research.

Implementation: The trigger for keyword research was related to an upcoming book launch. The owner included keyword research and the crafting of strategic metatags to his online marketing strategy.

Project History: Clikserv was on the verge of launching their product to the public. They had a pilot program running with a California newspaper and were seeking to understand their target audience.

Implementation: Through a series of interviews, Aviso helped to identify the motivations and triggers that spurred their target audience to take action. Clikserv's founder and visionary adopted this model in his own strategy, identifying the need for his own customers to understand their own target audience better.

Project History: Capson was just getting the Web site off the ground and needed Google Analytics consulting to capture data from a usability study, testing the timing of the future main call to action on the Web site.

Implementation: Aviso worked with a collaborative team, providing Google Analytics tracking consulting services.
