Project History: Trillion Partners is the largest national service provider of fixed wireless and fiber wide area networks for K-20 school districts in the country. Aviso was introduced to the company to implement Conversion recommendations and to provide SEO Coaching and implementation services to the VP of Marketing. As well as to perform a vendor assessment.

Implementation: Through various SEO Coaching and consulting sessions, the VP of Marketing applied best practices in her reporting and decision making process to make positive changes in the the areas of Conversion and organic SEO. Paid Search was a part of the strategy and Aviso provided project management services in this area. The focus was to ensure that Conversion best practices were implemented to specification.

Tk20

Project History: Tk20 is a B2B company in the education space that creates integrated, enterprise class education, assessment and reporting systems. Aviso was introduced to the company to provide a Web site review.

Implementation: Aviso's engagement included the full Web site review to determine if there were obstacles to being viewed optimally by Search engines and to coach the internal champion through the process of optimizing the pages of the current Web site. We introduced the concepts of Conversion in a Key Page Review and worked to implement those recommendations over various SEO Coaching sessions.

Thinkwell

Thinkwell

Project History: Thinkwell is an eCommerce provider of multimedia products and courses that are being used by thousands of students at schools and universities across the globe in the subjects of math, science, and social science. Aviso was introduced to the company to implement Conversion recommendations and to provide SEO Coaching services to their internal champion.

Implementation: The project included a Paid Search campaign that needed project management. Aviso took up that role in partnership with Conversion Sciences to assess and redirect the campaign with a focus on Conversion. The campaign successfully drove traffic to the site but Conversions were not ideal. The nature of the PPC traffic were attributed to a strong brand and the initial offer, or call to action, was deemed unsuccessful. Much was learned from this campaign. Various SEO Coaching sessions helped to fix Search issues related to the content management system. The internal champion was SEO savvy and a pleasure to train.

Regain Your Time

Regain Your Time

Project History: Regain Your Time is an empowered productivity program taught by Maura Thomas. She is an expert in organization and efficiency. Aviso was introduced into the project to implement Conversion recommendations.

Implementation: Aviso worked with Maura through various SEO Coaching sessions. Regain Your Time was going through a rebranding effort, migrating to a new domain. In the redesign process, it was critical not only to implement Conversion recommendations but to migrate authority from the old domain to the new one in order to salvage Search rank and domain authority. The migration was successful.

Project History: PCI Education is a San Antonio based eCommerce company specializing in the development and resale of special education materials to schools and individuals.

Implementation: Aviso was introduced to help implement Conversion recommendations, provide SEO Coaching and implement an incremental testing framework.

Project History: LitheSpeed is a Virgina based company that offers premium Agile software development training, coaching & consulting services. Aviso was brought in to provide a Web site analysis to determine their visibility with Search engines.

Implementation: Aviso provided a Web site analysis and Conversion specific recommendations, including a series of interviews with Lithespeed stakeholders and customers. A list of final recommendations to improve Conversion were delivered.

DSI Learning

DSI Learning

Project History: DSI Learning offers a style of learning they call "Blended Learning." They take the approach of 1-on-1, online and traditional learning, offering a central community where collaboration is possible. DSI approached Aviso to find Drupal development resources to build out that functionality. Their founder built the site but needed consulting and development resources to finish the core functionality.

Implementation: Aviso hired Drupal developers and managed the project ensuring that all functionality was built to specification. Drupal consulting services were key in making the project successful.

One World Montessori

Project History: One World Montessori is a private school for children ages 18 months to 6 years, offering a year around program in the Montessori method. Aviso was hired to perform a Web site review to determine their visibility against the competition.

Implementation: One World Montessori depends highly on local business. Their content management system was not Search engine friendly so we opted to focus on local optimization and boost online PR. A set of link building and Conversion recommendations were implemented successfully and local and organic traffic has increased over time. They update their content frequently and are always looking to build link authority in their community.

Aviso

Aviso

Project History: As the saying goes, "the cobblers children have no shoes", was the case for Aviso. We needed a makeover.

Implementation: The process of creating a Web site can be daunting. We experienced the challenges of finding time to invest in the project, defining our goals, copy writing and graphic design choices. We built the corporate site in Drupal and kept the original site as our Wordpress blog. In the midst of the launch, we were happy to see that our site Google Pagerank was not affected by Google's "Farmers update." The project is still evolving.
